Just a reminder that the brick-and-mortar location has a *ton* of things that are not available on the website.
While this site has a curated collection of items, it is too difficult to list each item----especially since so many things are limited availability---things often sell out before even making their way to the site... BUT! If you're interested in *anything* you see posted here, our instagram, or facebook (and we've still got it in the shop), we can certainly ship. Just email or text us! You'll find a new installation right between 4425 and 4427:
About the piece and its artist:
Terrence Karpowicz is an experienced and cautious craftsman and “Pandora’s Shepherd” showcases that. The improbable balance of the granite boulder atop the rounded steel base illustrates the incongruent union of organic and machine-tooled materials, as well as Karpowicz’s mastery of both mediums. Karpowicz, who has worked in the United Kingdom to preserve and protect historic buildings, achieves a look of ancient wonder in “Pandora’s Shepherd” befitting the work’s mythological namesake.
This is just one part of the Chicago Sculpture Exhibit (see: chicagosculptureexhibit.org)
Come check it out this Saturday?

Welp, 2015 is certainly off to a running start! We have some HUGE news:
The vacant store front next to us is no longer vacant.
COMING SOON = MORE OF US.
We got this yesterday:
Jeremy put it best:
IT'S OFFICIAL!! We had a great holiday season this year and we can't imagine Rep Chi being anywhere but right here in Jeff/Portage Park, so we just signed the lease on the store directly next to us so we can expand! This more than doubles our current floorspace. Aside from that, we've got lots of super-secret ideas up our sleeves that we'll be doing with this new space, so stay tuned over the next few weeks!!
Most importantly, we again want to say THANK YOU. A lot of folks didn't think a little shop like ours would sustain here. YOU are the ones who proved those folks wrong. And it seriously means the world to us.
Hugs and High Fives,
-Jeremy, Lyndsey, Ian and Romi
You've got less than a month to find the perfect gift and we've got some great suggestions for you.
